We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All our products are carefully designed to meet our quality standards as well as yours. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, SereneWardrobe.com will accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We believe that returning an item should be just as simple as purchasing one. That’s why we’ve partnered with Happy Returns to provide a quick and hassle-free return experience.

Return at a Drop-Off Location

When you want your refund instantly:

  1. Start your return on SereneWardrobe.com and select the Drop-Off Location option to generate a QR code along with further instructions.
  2. Choose from thousands of available locations, such as The UPS Store, Ulta, Staples, or Petco.
  3. Your refund will be initiated immediately upon drop-off. A $9.95 return processing fee, plus any applicable sales tax, will be deducted from your refund, which will be issued to your original method of payment.

Return by Mail

If you’re okay with waiting for your refund:

  1. Begin your return on SereneWardrobe.com; you’ll receive a UPS mailing label via email to ship your items back.
  2. Package your items in their original condition and packaging, attach the provided label, and send them to us.
  3. We will email you once your items arrive and your refund has been processed. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing. A $9.95 return processing fee, plus any applicable sales tax, will be deducted from the refunded amount and returned to your original payment method.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Visit SereneWardrobe.com to initiate your exchange.
  2. You will receive a shipping label via email to send your current item back.
  3. Once received, we’ll process the exchange with free shipping for the new item.
  4. A $9.95 exchange processing fee, plus any applicable sales tax, will be deducted from your original payment method.
